Matt grew up in CT and graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Television, Radio & Film Production.  After a few years of being a studio Production Assistant for Cablevision, he started editing documentaries for ESPN in 2000 at both ESPN and various small production houses.  Over the years, Matt has received 26 Emmy Awards, 10 Edward R Murrow Awards, and numerous others.  He has been Emmy-nominated for Outstanding Editing four times, along with one more in Sound Design.
